Monique is the Managing Director of TalentBench.
She is an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader with a passion for building executive teams and leveraging human capital. Monique has worked companies within the Training, Management Consulting, Pharmaceutical, Beauty and Financial Services industries around the world to recruit and hire mid-level to executive talent who help to convert business goals and ideas into everyday practices. Her depth of knowledge and experiences for the past 20+ years has allowed her to shape and mold corporate internal infrastructures like: Sales and Marketing, Project or Program Management, Instructional Design and Learning Technology, Product Development and Product Management.
Over the years, because of her deep-seeded knowledge within the executive search space, Monique was frequently hired by organizations to train new or tenured recruiters on new recruitment methodologies and ‘old-school’ practices. In addition to traditional search, Monique has worked with organizations to create, design, build and grow Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) functions that provide a scalable capability which keeps organizations in alignment with ever-changing business requirements.
Prior to her career in executive search, Monique began her ‘work-life’ in sales and service for International Business Machines (IBM), at the time, the largest global technology organization. Monique did her undergraduate studies at Emerson College in Boston, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and minors in Music and Speech Pathology.
Outside of work, Monique continues to feed her passion of theatre and music. She has operated as the Theatre Director at Council Rock High School in Bucks County, PA, volunteers at the Bucks County Playhouse in New Hope, PA and continues to write and record original music utilizing her new best friend, GarageBand.
